Wood Preservative Application
HI Abseiling were asked to carry out routine maintenance on a residential housing development which included ivy removal, gutter clearance and application of wood preservative. A window clean followed. Subsequently the client has moved our company to prefered contractor status and has enlisted us on future projects.
High Rise Painting
Hi Abseiling offer a comprehensive high rise painting and coating service. In December 2013 HI Abseiling were contracted to decorate the exterior of a six storey office block in Old street, in the city of London. Using rope access methods for the entire job, our quotation for the complete works offered a considerable saving on traditional access methods.
Concrete Repair and Inspection Services
HI Abseiling Ltd were called to Watfords highest building, the 11 storey concrete building in the town centre. Built in the 1960’s the concrete was spalling and causing a danger to pedestrians. HI Abseiling were contracted to remove any loose material (concrete) from the building. We then conducted a full concrete inspection and survey. When the concrete samples were analysed in our lab, discussions with the structural engineers concluded that repair and monitoring would be the best way forward. The picture sequence below show the last stage of this process, the concrete repair. The lower right picture shows the finished repair.

Low Energy Lighting Installation
As part of their low energy lighting installation programme on Chelsea Bridge, Kensington and Chelsea borough council awarded Hi Abseiling Ltd the contract to re-cable the festoon lighting using an in house designed plug and play system. Rope access techniques have proved cost effective, and timely. The work is ongoing and expected completion is June 2013. Hi Abseiling Ltd have been the approved rope access supplier of Kensington and Chelsea council for many years.
